The City of Hartford Treasurer`s Office, in conjunction with Mass Mutual, provides a broad array of investment options, so that participants can diversify their investments. Contributions are made on a pre-tax basis, so participants may save on federal income taxes.

He conducts regular meetings at the firehouses, police academy, city hall, and wherever employees are located. He provides the personal consulting needed to help employees get started with an investment plan.
