Participants will also have the opportunity to learn about the four units within the City Treasurer's Office and the role each plays in successfully moving forward the organization's endeavors to provide quality service to fellow City employees, retirees, and the residents of the City of Hartford : Executive Office Unit, Investment Management Unit, Pension Administration Unit, and Custody of Funds Unit. 

We partner with Capital Workforce Partners and Center for Latino Progress for onsite placement of students interested in the internship opportunity. 

Interested candidates must first see if they qualify through the Capital Workforce Partners program. Then they must submit to the Treasurer's Office an application, which includes providing their most recent school report card. Priority will be given to Hartford residents.
